The Four Day Work Week: Is Singapore Ready For It?

A Robert Walters study revealed that 93% of Singaporean professionals are ready for a four-day work week, but only 18% of employers are willing to trial it due to concerns about implementation difficulties, employee stress, customer experience, and increased costs. Despite these reservations, both employees and employers acknowledge potential benefits, including improved work-life balance, productivity, and talent retention. The transition to a four-day work week in Singapore requires careful consideration of individual company circumstances and workforce needs.
