Stuart Feest
Stuart works with APSCo’s largest members and their executive teams to help them leverage the maximum benefit from the broad spectrum of APSCo services.
Stuart brings 22 years' of UK and international recruitment experience within the technology and engineering sectors. Prior to his appointment as Enterprise Director in 2019 Stuart was twice elected onto APSCo’s Representative Committee. The majority of Stuart’s career was spent with Gattaca Plc where he was a Managing Director. More recently Stuart was a main board director with an international quality management services organisation within Automotive and Aerospace

Tania Bowers
Tania is the Global Public Policy Director. She is a solicitor who has worked exclusively in the professional staffing sector since 1999, joining APSCo in 2016.
As Global Public Policy Director Tania represents our members’ interests in meetings and communications with Government departments, ministers, MPs and other interested stakeholders. She is responsible for APSCo’s public affairs activity on a global basis representing APSCo members’ views to governments and contributing to the debate on the future of the global professional labour market.
Bazgha Sultana
Baz is an advocate for innovation and has over 8 years’ experience in project management, event management, building long-lasting strategic partnership and customer services roles. She has also achieved several awards such as “The British Citizen Award”, “Honorary Award” and “Excellence in Customer Engagement Award” for delivering commendable customer services and high-quality Virtual and face-to-face events.
At APSCo, Baz will be supporting the development, delivery of, and member engagement with, global and international services and events. In her previous role as Engagement and Events Manager, she has supported the development of a five-year customer strategy and grew company’s annual events programme substantially; incorporating international entertainment, reaching record numbers of engagement, and collaborating with key organisations to maximise value for money and reach.
Gareth Bibby
Gareth has been in Asia-Pacific for over 20 years and has been active in talent acquisition for over 15 years. Fluent in Chinese, he has lived and worked in the UK, China, and Singapore across both agency and internal recruitment. At international agencies like Michael Page, Robert Walters, and Randstad, Gareth earned a background in engineering and supply chain recruitment. He also has 6 years of internal talent acquisition experience as Director of Talent Acquisition for staff recruitment across all campuses for the international business school INSEAD.
Gareth is currently studying for an MBA at James Cook University's Singapore campus with a specialisation in Talent Management which he hopes he can continue to apply to the world of recruitment. Alongside his studies, Gareth is assisting APSCo to expand their reach across Asia.

Rina Durban
Rina has been part of the APSCo team for over a decade, working in a number of different member-facing roles and is now responsible for introducing new members to APSCo both in the UK and internationally.
Rina is an enthusiastic champion of APSCo, committed to promoting its aims and objectives and passionate about growing its membership. She has a detailed knowledge of APSCo products and services and how they can add tangible value to recruitment businesses of all sizes.
Before joining APSCo, Rina gained valuable experience working for leading trade bodies in other sectors.

Charlie Stacey
Charlie is a dedicated marketer with a degree in Advertising & Marketing. He started at APSCo primarily as a member of the Global team, focusing on APSCo Asia’s development by procuring leads while managing Asia’s website and social media. He has since retained his Global duties while becoming a permanent member of the UK marketing team, supporting the launch of campaigns through website management, email marketing, and content creation, which has allowed his marketing skills and creative flair to flourish.
